Back in 2004 Alex formed Simply Sanding, ever since then we have always stuck to the same philosophy,

‘Honesty’

We have always strived to be the best at what we do and once we are onsite with you we will talk you through every aspect of your floors being sanded wether we are just there for a site visit (to quote) or to start sanding your floor.

We also believe that it is your floor, you have to live with it once we are gone, that’s why we will never push you into anything that you may not need

(ie new boards, staining, mass fill )

We have nothing to gain from trying to push these choices on you, we would rather talk you through the options and you let you make the decisions, all we do is guide you until you happy with your choices.

To many times we have been onsite and have watched tradesman push clients for things that are not really needed, for what?

At the end of it a Bad Name!!

We always try to treat your property with up most respect and take the philosophy ‘leave it, as we found it’ so we can leave you with the minimum of disruption while we are sanding your floors.

We have found over the years that word of mouth is always the best form of advertising and some of the clients we use as references are people that we sanded floors for maybe 3 or 4 years ago.
